1) How can I track my order?
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your shipment directly through the carrier.

2) What are the delivery times?
On average, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days within France. For international orders, delivery takes between 3 and 12 business days. Times may vary depending on the destination and peak periods.

3) I still haven’t received my package, what should I do?
First, check the tracking link sent by email. If your order seems delayed or stuck, please contact us through the contact form so we can reach out to the carrier.

4) What is the deadline to exchange or return an item?
You have 14 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or a return, in accordance with our return policy.

5) How can I exchange an item from my order?
Simply contact us via the return form. Once your request is validated, we will provide you with the shipping instructions.

6) How can I get a refund for my order? What are the refund times?
Refunds are processed after we receive and check the returned product. It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the amount to appear on your bank account.

7) What if I entered the wrong shipping address after placing my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible by email. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can correct the address. Otherwise, the package will be returned and reshipped once the address is updated.

1) How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide. We recommend taking your measurements and comparing them with the chart provided to find the best fit.

2) How can I check the composition of the garment?
The composition of each product is listed in the description on the product page, as well as on the garment’s inner label.

3) Where can I find care instructions for the garment?
Care instructions are available on each product page and on the inside label. In general, we recommend machine washing at 30°C to preserve the quality of our technical fabrics.

1) Is payment secure on the website?
Yes. All transactions are protected with SSL encryption and certified payment solutions.

2) What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as secure payment options available at checkout (Apple Pay, PayPal, and Shop Pay).
