Return, Exchange and Refund Policy
Deadlines for accepting returns and exchanges.
You have 14 days from the date you receive your package to return your product. After this period, we will not be able to respond favorably to your request for a refund or exchange.
1. How to make an exchange?
- Rules and conditions for exchanges
Please ensure that all products returned for exchange retain the original label and packaging. Remember to include the paper invoice for your item in the package.
Any product returned incomplete, damaged, worn (beyond a simple fitting) or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged. In this case, the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Please note that any torn, ripped, or repackaged package must be refused upon delivery. If you accept the package, ONUZAN FIT declines all responsibility for damaged or missing products that have been accepted. You will then need to file a claim directly with the carrier concerned.
- Shipping costs for exchanges
We are responsible for the return shipping costs for the original item. Once the item has been received and checked by our teams, we will also take care of shipping the exchanged item.
IMPORTANT: The customer remains responsible for the package, even if we cover the shipping costs, until it is received by our logistics department. We recommend that you keep the deposit receipt and the tracking number until confirmation of receipt.

Any exchange request must be justified (reason for the request, condition of the product, etc.), in order to prevent any abuse and to guarantee fair treatment for all our customers.
ONUZAN FIT reserves the right to refuse any subsequent order from a customer in the event of repeated abuse of exchange requests or clear non-compliance with our conditions.
- Availability and stock
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested size or color is no longer in stock, we will contact you to consider an alternative or refund.

Once your return is processed, it may take up to 14 business days for your credit card to be refunded.
PayPal
It may take up to 3 business days for your PayPal account to be refunded once we have processed your return.
